Program Overview
Cross-Country Cultural Communication Training
Organizations operate across cultures and communication styles, yet many still assume everyone makes decisions the same way. We do not.
At Culture Strategy & Communication, our program is designed by founders who have lived and worked across countries and cultures. We help organizations understand how country-of-origin influences leadership expectations, decision-making, and team behavior.
Through custom interactive scenarios and practical exercises, participants learn how to turn cultural differences into strategic advantages.
Country culture silently shapes how people:
- communicate ideas
- build trust
- manage time
- approach leadership
- make decisions
- collaborate in teams
Invisible differences create friction. Understood differences create performance.
While we elevate cross-cultural team dynamics, we start from the reality that:
- No two organizations have the same structure
- No two leadership teams make decisions the same way
- No two teams communicate in exactly the same style
- No two global teams experience culture in the same way
- No two companies face the same cross-border challenges
Consultative Design
Designed in Consultation With Leadership
We work closely with leadership teams to define where culture affects delivery, communication, and strategic outcomes.
- How your organization delivers value
- How teams collaborate across locations
- Where cultural dynamics may be slowing performance
- What strategic outcomes the organization needs to achieve
The result: programs aligned with your organizational structure, team dynamics, and strategic objectives.

Culture shapes every conversation, decision, and partnership.
Organizations that understand cultural dynamics create stronger trust, clearer execution, and durable global collaboration.
The most important system in any organization is how people work together.
We started by identifying a practical problem in social communication and expanded the work through real global team environments.
Conceived at Network School in Forest City, Malaysia, this program reflects two globe-trotting lifetimes and years of cross-border collaboration.
The same pattern kept appearing: country-of-origin and language patterns shape how people interpret goals, authority, and decisions. Misread signals create avoidable friction.
Our response is a blended model: bespoke in-person training plus an app that keeps development active between sessions.
About
About the founders
Two global operators combining cross-cultural experience, organizational leadership, and technical product execution.

A citizen of two cities, Melbourne and Hong Kong, Kate grew up navigating cultures, systems, and expectations across continents. A sense of adventure and desire to experience different cultures ensured a lifetime of traveling, studying, and working in different parts of the world.
After many years of focusing on the technical aspects of finance, cross-border teamwork became a bigger focus. Acknowledged for team building and leadership in organizations, and awarded in academics for organizational and negotiating strengths, this program is a combination of real-life experience and years of careful study.
